Senate Approves $800 billion Plan
Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 2:15PM The Senate today approved an $800 billion plus stimulus plan by a vote of 61 to 37. The Bill will now be reconciled with a similar House Bill before being presented to President Obama for his signature. The plan is designed to kick-start the economy by creating jobs through New Infrastructure, Education, Renewable Energy and also contains Tax Credits for buyers in an attempt to re-ignite the Housing Market.
