Sears Tower to be renamed Willis Tower

The London based Insurance giant Willis Group Holdings announced this morning that it was moving to the Sears Tower and would occupy more than 140,000 square feet of space.

Willis will pay $14.50 per square foot and is not paying an additional amount for the naming rights.
