Join me on a tour of 3741 N Lakewood in Chicago which I recently featured on my "Pick of The Day" blog post. Video is becoming more and more important in the marekting of homes and allows a potential buyer to see the home in a different context to that of just pictures. A property with pictures will be viewed by buyers more often than one without (often skipped altogether by buyers) and video attracts even greater attention.
If video is to be used, it should be done with the right mix of voiceover, graphics and music. Many real estate videos today are of poor quality and often do little to enhance a homes marketing.
